What documents are required for a Private or Hard Money Loan?

Copies of the following:

  • Valid Government ID
    • Company Entity & Formation Docs
      • Certificate of Formation
      • Corporate Resolution & Articles of Incorporation, if applicable
      • Operating Agreement, if applicable
    • Most recent 90 days of Asset Statements, i.e., Checking, Savings &/or Retirement Accounts
      • All pages please, even if they are intentionally left blank.
      • Kindly note any large or irregular deposits will likely need to be sourced (large cash deposits mainly)
    • Personal and Business Filed IRS Tax Returns for the last two years
      • All pages and all schedules please
      • Should you have extended your Tax Returns for the previous year, please provide your signed and filed IRS Tax Return Extension
    • Fully executed Purchase Contract
      • Please include Assignment of Contract if applicable
    • Interior and Exterior Photos of the property (taken by you)
