Our Private Money Investor Loan payments are due on the 1^st, auto debited on the 3^rd or following business day if the 3^rd falls on a weekend or holiday and are late after the 10^th. 

Daily interest is paid from the date of closing through the end of the month and your 1^st mortgage payment is not due until the 1^st of the following month after the next month.

For example, If you close on January 10, you would pay daily interest from January 10^th  through January 31^st at closing and your first payment would be due March 1^st for the interest you accrued during the month of February.

If you close on June 17, you would pay daily interest from June 17^th  through June 30^th at closing and your first payment would be due August 1^st for the interest you accrued during the month of July.

1. How do you collect my monthly payment?

At closing you will complete an auto debit form with the account of your choice of which you wish to make your monthly payments from.
