For our Traditional loans 15 – 20 days.  It could be as fast as 15 or as long as 30+ days as a standard loan process is about 30 days and a smooth loan process takes about 15 – 20 days.

Our Private Money Investor Loans close 3 days after receiving your

• full investor profile which consists of
  • your complete Loan Application
  • your Loan Submission Documents
    • including your completed Rehab Budget
    • and homeowners’ insurance contact
  • Title Policy & Insurance,
  • Homeowners Insurance & Flood if applicable,
  • Property Survey,
  • Property Value – ARV

So, if the above is received before 1pm on Monday we can close after 1pm on Thursday.  If received after 1pm Monday, then we would close on Friday.

If the above if is received before 1pm on Thursday, we can close after 1pm on Tuesday.  If received after 1pm Thursday, then we would close on Wednesday.
