Debts that impact your DTI are all expenses that report to the Credit Bureaus including but not limited to your Mortgage Payment, Car Payment, Student Loans, Credit Cards, Department Store Cards and all other re-occuring non-living expenses.  Debts and expenses you do not include in your DTI are utilities, insurance, gas, groceries and leisure expenses.
