Some say 12 months, others say 6 and then there are those that say less and more.  We feel it is best to engage your Realtor as early as possible, especially once you know you are ready and able to buy a home.  In short, we feel it is never too soon to get your Realtor involved and the smartest house shoppers are Pre-Approved before selecting their Realtor.
