Kindly provide the most recent copies of your:

• Valid Government ID
• Company Entity & Formation Docs – kindly supply this information if you plan to close in your Entity vs. Personal Name

• Certificate of Formation
• Certificate of Filing
• Corporate Resolution & Articles of Incorporation, if applicable
• Operating Agreement, if applicable
• IRS Tax Returns for the last two years, all pages & schedules please
  • If Self Employed, kindly include your Business IRS Tax Returns
• Bank & Retirement account statements for the last 90 days
  • All pages please, even if they are intentionally left blank
  • Kindly note large or uncharacteristic deposits will likely need to be sourced

Once you have picked a property and are under contract, please provide copies of the following:

• Fully executed Purchase Contract
  • Please include Assignment of Contract if applicable
• Interior and Exterior Photos of the property           (taken by loan applicants)
  • Exterior photos of all four sides of house including the mechanicals
  • Interior photos of all rooms and bathrooms including floors& ceilings
