Information To Gather About You:
- Copy of your Valid ID
- Copy of your most recent 30 days of pay statements
- Copy of your last 2 years of W-2’s and/or 1099’s
- Copy of your last 2 years filed IRS Tax Returns, all pages and schedules please
- Copy of your most recent 60 days of Bank and/or Retirement Account Statements
- Specifically the accounts that have the Down Payment funds
- If Self Employed, kindly provide,
- Year To Date Profit & Loss Statement, signed and dated
- 3 Months of Business Bank Statements supporting income
- Last 2 Business IRS Tax Returns, all pages and schedules please

- If Purchasing a home, please provide:
- Copy of the fully executed Purchase Contract
- Copy of your Option Money Check (usually around $150)
- Copy of your Earnest Money Check (usually 1% of the Purchase Price)
- Copy of the pre-existing Property Plot aka Survey from Seller (if available)
- Contact information of your preferred Home Owners Insurance Company
- If Refinancing a home, please provide:
- Copy of your most recent Mortgage Statement(s)
- Copy of your Insurance Declarations Page(s)
